1. Acceptance

By accessing content-poplarhub.click or enrolling in a session with Content Poplar Hub Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for training.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and remote chart validation training, including workshops on reversal setup validation near key levels. Website content is informational. Session confirmation occurs only after we accept your registration in writing.

3. No trading advice

Training covers process and criteria for evaluating chart setups. We do not provide personalised investment advice, trade recommendations, or guarantees of trading results. You remain solely responsible for decisions made in your brokerage accounts.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, field notes, and site content are owned by Content Poplar Hub Co., Ltd. You may use printed materials for personal study. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

5. Registration and conduct

Participants must provide accurate contact information. Disruptive behaviour, sharing of other participants' chart details outside the session, or recording without consent may result in removal without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or attendance at sessions, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

7. Third-party links and images

The site may reference external charting tools or display third-party images. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
