• Chart screenshots or pre-work materials you send for workshop preparation
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie identifiers if you consent to analytics

• Respond to enquiries and process workshop registrations
• Provide pre-work instructions and post-session follow-up summaries
• Improve website content based on aggregated analytics (with consent)
• Comply with legal obligations in Thailand

4. Legal bases

We process data based on your consent (contact forms, optional cookies), contractual necessity (delivering booked sessions), and legitimate interests (site security and basic operation).

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for three years after last contact. Workshop materials tied to your charts are deleted within twelve months unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with email hosting providers and analytics processors under contract. Chart images are reviewed only by assigned instructors and are not published without permission.

7. International transfers

Our primary systems are located in Thailand. If we use processors outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

8. Your rights

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission is completely secure.
