Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to paid registrations for Reversal Setup Validation Intensives, Key Level Mapping Sessions, and Weekly Chart Review Circle membership at Content Poplar Hub Co., Ltd.

Reversal Setup Validation Intensive

• Full refund: Cancel 14 or more days before the session start date.
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–13 days before the start date.
• No refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before the start date, or fail to attend without notice (no-show).

Deposits of 2,000 THB follow the same schedule applied to the total fee. You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge if you notify us at least 3 days before the session.

Key Level Mapping Session

• Full refund: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the booked slot.
• No refund: Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments without notice.

Chart Review Circle

Monthly membership renews on the first of each month. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next month's charge. Partial-month refunds are not issued once a billing cycle begins, but you may attend remaining meetings in that month.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available for intensives if requested at least 7 days before the original date, subject to seat availability. Mapping sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if requested 48+ hours ahead.

Work already started

If you cancel after receiving pre-work feedback tailored to your charts, we may deduct up to 1,500 THB from any eligible refund to cover instructor review time.

Materials purchased for you

Printed workbooks prepared with your name are non-refundable once shipped or handed to you, even if you cancel the session.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or venue unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date—your choice.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@content-poplarhub.click with your registration name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or PromptPay).

Exceptions

Medical emergencies documented with a physician note may qualify for credit toward a future session outside standard windows. Contact us to discuss; exceptions are evaluated individually.
